Voluntary Contribution Policy
This page explains how your transfer is allocated, why the project reference matters, and what Narayana Seva does—and does not—promise.
Last updated August 28, 2026
1. A voluntary contribution
A transfer is voluntary, nonreciprocal support for the project you select. It is not a purchase of goods or services, an investment, a loan, or a mandatory payment.
2. Recipient and payment method
Transfers are made through the Faster Payments System (SBP) to +7 910 000-58-00. Before confirming, verify that your banking app displays the recipient Veniamin Vasilyevich Tkachuk. The link on this site opens SberBank Online; another Russian banking app that supports SBP may also be used.
3. Required project reference
Each project has a distinct reference. For Narayana Center, use SEVA-CENTER. Paste the reference shown on the selected project page into the transfer memo. It assigns the contribution to your chosen project; without it, the intended purpose may require clarification.
4. Use of funds and reporting
Funds support the stated needs of the selected project, with spending ordered by current priorities. As major purchases and work are completed, the plan is to document the goal, the purchase or completed work, and evidence of the outcome.
5. No guaranteed personal outcome
A contribution does not guarantee spiritual merit, a financial return, healing, a solution to a personal situation, or any other individual result. References to sacred traditions explain the value of sincere intention; they are not commercial promises.
6. A transfer made in error
If you make a transfer by mistake, contact Narayana promptly through an official ecosystem channel and provide the date, amount, bank, and transfer reference. A refund request can be reviewed only after the incoming transfer is verified. Any return remains subject to banking and legal requirements.
7. International visitors
The Faster Payments System (SBP) is a Russian payment system. Availability for a visitor outside Russia depends on their bank and applicable rules. This site does not claim to offer a separate international payment method. Never share a password or confirmation code with anyone.
